As Senior Vice President of Operations for GrandManors, Stacy Titleman is directly responsible for the daily operations and execution of our GrandManors and CiraConnect division’s mission to provide the best possible lifestyle HOA management services to all our partner communities by encompassing the Best People, Best Technology, and Best Service reputation. Stacy’s passion is people and her core purpose is to make every one of our customers and team members a #1 priority.
Stacy has over 25 years of extensive experience and executive-level leadership in CIRA (Common Interest Realty Association) community management, condominium operations, governance and financial management of community associations. Stacy’s background also includes the implementation of multiple industry leading related technology platforms that create efficiencies for all aspects of association management with an end result of making our board and team members' lives easier.
Stacy is a Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) and currently pursuing her Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation from CAI. This is the only international certification program designed exclusively for managers of homeowner and condominium associations and cooperatives. She is also active in local CAI chapters.
