“Being invited to join the RealManage Family of Companies is like being given a Lifetime Achievement Award. After having spent a career opening and restoring high-end, luxury lifestyle properties; to find a company that has the vision, the values, and that consistently invests their earnings into what they say, and what they do, is refreshing. The GrandManors caliber of service “…is not (to quote Vince Lombardi) a sometime thing, it is an all the time thing.” The GrandManors team makes my ability to sell so much easier, knowing that every word uttered is backed up by the best in the industry. Whether you have a resort style community, an opulent ocean-front condominium, or an island to manage, your asset will be cared for in the most caring yet masterful way.”
Jonathan started in the hospitality industry after his service with the ANZUK forces. He trained with Hyatt International, and after spending time at the Hyatt Regency Singapore, Brussells, and after his degree – Chicago, he continued to establish, open and turn around Four-Diamond and Five-Diamond Hotels and Resorts with their accompanying food and beverage operations in five countries and twelve states.
When Jonathan formed his first company based on Martha’s Vineyard, he developed a team of 275 employees that managed and marketed four Diamond Resorts and high end Condo-Hotels from Kennebunkport, Maine down through Cape Cod, Martha’s Vineyard, and Nantucket – Massachusetts. His company-managed properties hosted many Presidents and their entourage. He also owned the number one Seafood Restaurant and an Irish Pub in Edgartown, and a full service “Mediterribean” waterfront Restaurant in Provincetown, Massachusetts.
In January of 2002, Jonathan was brought to Florida by COSCAN Homes to manage the Waterways Community Association to include The Point of Aventura totaling 3,443 luxury condominiums, Townhomes, marina slips, shopping plaza, and one of the top spas in South Florida. In conjunction with the requirements of the developer-controlled board of directors, he developed the Financial & Reserve Plans and established the Standard Operating Procedures and Rules & Regulations for both communities, as well as the upscale Resident Club & Spa.
Jonathan sold his Florida company of fifteen years to the RealManage Family of Companies owing to the RealManage vision that mirrored what he wanted for his own company. He is President of Business Development for RealManage LLC, and the luxury lifestyle division – GrandManors.
