Mr. Vitrano holds the following designations through Community Association Institute: PCAM® (Professional Community Association Manager), LSM®  (Large-Scale Manager), CMCA® and state  of California licensure of CCAM.


Edwin has considerable experience in the community
association industry with more than a decade each at two
large-scale communities. Of the five large scale
communities he’s managed, four have been gated with
staff and three have owned and operated golf courses,
one being a private, championship 19-hole course. Two
had Food & Beverage operations including a fine-dining,
catering facility and the other more of a “Sports Lounge.”
His last assignment was at an leisure community featuring
a sandwich shop and, while the golf course was privately
owned, he was asked to consult regularly on its operation.
Mr.Vitrano has managed several major projects in the
multi-million dollar ranging from street maintenance to
lake dredging to clubhouse, amenity and golf course
renovations. Staffing levels have ranged from 22 to more
than 80 team members. He believes in encouragement as
a prime method of enforcement to attain pride of
ownership by community members relating to their
private residences. Mr. Vitrano has been awarded industry
recognition on several occasions and is an
acknowledged leader, with extensive experience in
California serving multiple locations
