It is not all talk. GrandManors is truly making a difference. GrandManors has raised the bar and set the standard for on-site management. This management style, coupled with exemplary proprietary software, addresses every nuance board member’s need and deserve.
Debbie joins the GrandManors team after years in the field of economic development and marketing. Additionally, she has served many years as a Planning and Zoning Commissioner. Debbie is an advocate for solid, planned development that preserves the nature and intent of the development, enhances home and property values, and maintains a lifestyle that meets or exceeds the point of purchase expectations of the homeowner.
Her experience in the field of economic development developed an appreciation of the importance of community development; the ability to navigate within and alongside local, state, and federal government partners; comfort and familiarity with developers and real estate professionals; leverage of a natural ability to network and bring about mutual benefit; and remain keen to the overall perspective. Debbie’s work in both rural and large metropolitan economic development was further enhanced by a private sector counterbalance that encompassed marketing and business development.
Debbie now serves as GrandManors’ Business Development Manager for the western region.
