2020 has been a difficult year with some quite unique challenges, and tomorrow will surely bring on a change for many of us for sure. The new year is a time to take a look at the goals and objectives you have for the upcoming year and possibly figure out exactly what it is you want and how you are going to make it happen. GrandManors knows that you will face some challenges both personally and in your community and we want to support our communities and employees as best as possible. In addition to discussing some goal-setting tactics with your community staff, we've also created a simple, but a fun template for anyone in the community wanting to set some personal goals for the new year. A goal is something you want to achieve. It’s the desired result that you, or a group of people, plan and commit to achieving. Setting goals helps us take a step back and get some perspective on what’s really important in life. It’s the first step toward creating a life full of meaning.

How to set goals in 5 steps

Before you set your goals, really think about the results you want to achieve. Take a close look at where you want to be at the end of the year.

  1. Write your goals down
  2. Create an action plan
  3. Set a timeline
  4. Take action
  5. Re-evaluate and assess your progress. Click on the image below to get access to a PDF version of your own so you can fill out your goals for the new year. We hope you have a prosperous new year and look forward to what comes next! - Cheers to the New Year and what
